John Lewis Family File CD

John Lewis, emigrated from his native Monmouthshire, Wales to Virginia abt 1650, with his wife and sons. They settled in New Kent County, but Lewis did not long survive in his new home. He died in 1657, leaving his wife, Lydia and issue.

The John Lewis family report file includes 4,503 individuals with 897 different surnames and 40,074 text records.  The earliest known birth occurred in 1594 and the file covers 17 generations.
