     Cornelius Dabney Order Form  
 

Cornelius Dabney emigrated from his native England to Virginia before 1664, when he was granted 200 acres of land in New Kent County. He served as an interpreter for the Queen of the Pamunkey Indians. Cornelius married twice and died about 1694, when another vestryman was appointed to serve as church warden in his place, leaving issue.

The Cornelius Dabney file includes information on 3124 descendants with 687 different surnames. It covers thirteen generations, with the earliest birth occurring in ca 1672.
